The registered houseboat Konstantin offers a total living area of just under 130 square meters and impressive spaces for spending time outside with three spacious balconies/terraces.
Konstantin has been completely renovated at Pampas Marina in Stockholm and everything is in mint condition.
With a propulsion consisting of 2 Volvo Penta AD 41A engines with drive and bow thruster, as well as a convenient control with cable and box from any place on the boat, it is both stable and easy to maneuver.
The accommodation comprises of 2/3 bedrooms and a large open plan lounge and kitchen on the lower floor. A bathroom on each floor and another toilet in the laundry room. The boat is equipped with a new generator of just over 19 kW which can supply the entire ship with electricity. In addition, there is water-borne heat throughout the boat.
A recent thickness measurement of the entire hull shows good results.
